3. User Obligations
As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Not distribute malicious software
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Intellectual Property
All materials on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Elite Call Center or licensed to us. Copying, distribution, or modification is not permitted without express written consent.
5. Pricing and Payment
• Prices are determined individually based on client needs
• A detailed quote is provided before contract signing
• Payments are made according to agreed terms
• Non-payment may result in service termination

7. Limitation of Liability
Elite Call Center is not liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Actions of third parties
• Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the last 12 months.
8. Termination
• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice
• In case of breach of terms, services may be terminated immediately
• Upon termination, all amounts due become immediately payable
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. All disputes will be resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts.
